5 Easy Steps to Raising

 

So, you want to raise money on Wefunder? Here are 5 simple steps to guide you through the process. 

Step 1 → Sign up your company by going to https://wefunder.com/raise

Step 2 → Follow the prompts. Fill out some info about your company, upload your pitch deck, and get started!

Step 3 → Access your Company Overview page and get suggestions and tips on the next steps.

Step 4 → Edit your raise details by clicking Edit Campaign on the Company Overview page. Be sure to complete all the sections in Part 1, Part 2, and Part 3.

The more accurately you fill these sections, the quicker we can review your submission. This information will be used to generate your Form C, which gets filed with the SEC before you can fundraise, so it must be completely accurate.  If it’s not, this will delay the launch of your Wefunder campaign.

Step 5 → We will review your submission to ensure you are ready for crowdfunding. A team member will contact you when you are ready for the next stage.
