You can start promoting your raise before your Form C is filed, as long as you abide by these rules. The gist: don’t include any terms of your offering – direct people to your Wefunder pitch. Avoid hyperbole and misleading info. Oh, and don't say the SEC has "approved" your offering. The SEC doesn't like that.
