- Direct - Taxes are your obligation. If necessary, you should make sure you’ve distributed any tax documents to investors before the partnership tax filing deadline on MARCH 15TH.

- Custodian - If you need help, please reach out to us by the END OF JANUARY. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee that your tax filings will be complete before the partnership tax filing deadline on March 15th.

- SPV - If necessary, you should make sure you have distributed a Schedule K-1 (and other related documents) to your SPV by FEBRUARY 15TH. If we don’t receive it by then, we will file an extension for the SPV and ask investors to do so as well for their personal taxes, since we cannot complete the SPV taxes until we receive information from you.
